Founded in Dhaka in 2023. Eleven systems in production. No account-manager layer between you and the people who design and build the thing. The person who scopes your system is in the room for the build and signs the handover.
Founded 2023Dhaka, Bangladesh11 systems in productionFounder-led deliveryWe design and implement custom AI agents, workflow automation and web applications that remove repetitive work, improve customer experience and produce measurable results.
Nexvix was founded in 2023 by Faayez Mohammad and Arman Hossain with one shared frustration: artificial intelligence was being sold as a product when what businesses needed was a system built around the work they already do.
The first engagements were small and unglamorous: an enquiry that crossed three systems, a phone line nobody could answer after six, a spreadsheet three people maintained separately. None of them needed a model announcement. They needed somebody to map the process, agree a number and build the narrow thing that moved it.
AI should solve a named problem and produce a number you can check.
That is still how every engagement runs. The audit comes before the scope, the scope names one measurable outcome, and roughly one project in five ends with us recommending that the client not build anything. The written map is theirs either way.
We do not deploy into our own accounts, we do not require a retainer to keep a delivered system running, and we do not automate a decision that should stay with a person. Each of those costs us something, which is the point of saying them out loud.
Most clients buy a system: a defined AI or software build, fixed scope, delivered and handed over. Some want the product built end to end: a custom software or SaaS product they own and sell. And some have the roadmap but not the people, so they hire an offshore development center: a dedicated pod in Dhaka, composed for their roadmap and directed by their own engineering leads, with Nexvix carrying recruitment, employment and the office.
NEXVIX, DHAKA, FOUNDED 2023
Two founders and the engineers themselves, with no delivery layer. Whoever scopes your system is in the room for the build and signs the handover.

Runs scoping and the workflow audits. Signs the handover on every engagement.

Owns system design, integration surfaces and the approval architecture.
The people who build the thing you were shown in scoping, and the pod you hire if you take the ODC route. No delivery layer in between.
A commitment with no cost attached is marketing.
About one engagement in five. It costs us the project and keeps the recommendation worth something.
HonestySystems run in infrastructure and model accounts billed to you. It costs us the easiest form of lock-in there is.
OwnershipA delivered system runs without paying us anything. It costs us predictable recurring revenue.
CommercialWritten into the scope and checked at stage five. It costs us the ability to declare success by anecdote.
MeasurementThree engagements with architecture and measured result.
View work ProcessSix stages, three approval points, one number.
View process GovernanceWhere your data goes, decided before the build.

ContactOne call, thirty minutes. Nexvix maps the process, names the measurable outcome and tells you whether a system is worth building. If it is not, you will hear that instead of a proposal.
