5. User Content

Any content you submit, post, or display through the Service (“User Content”) remains your intellectual property. However, by submitting User Content, you grant Nexvix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, and distribute your content within the Service. Nexvix is not responsible for storing or maintaining your User Content.

6. Service Usage Rules

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your actions do not infringe upon the rights of others or violate any local or international laws.

Prohibited Activities include:

7. Pricing and Modifications

Nexvix reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or change the pricing of any aspect of the Service at any time with 30 days' notice. Your continued use of the Service following such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms or pricing.

Nexvix may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will cease.

You acknowledge that Nexvix may collect aggregated and anonymized data derived from your use of the Service. Any personal data collected will be governed by our Privacy Policy, which you can review on the Nexvix website.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer: The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Nexvix makes no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the Service.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexvix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

By using the Service, you agree that Nexvix may send you Service-related notices, updates, promotional content, and other communications via email or other methods provided during account creation. You can opt out of promotional emails at any time by following the unsubscribe link provided in the email.

12. Additional Terms

  • Nexvix may change or update these Terms at any time, and you will be notified of significant changes.
  • Any failure by Nexvix to enforce these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of the Terms.
  • Any provision of these Terms that is deemed unlawful or unenforceable will be severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

  • “Intellectual Property Rights” refers to patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and any other proprietary rights.
  • “User Content” refers to any content submitted, posted, or displayed by users on the Service, including but not limited to text, data, images, and files.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved through arbitration or other applicable legal processes under the jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
