The short version

This site sets no advertising cookies. It counts visits with Google Analytics 4, which sets two first-party cookies, and the site assistant keeps its own conversation state in your browser once you open it. Blocking any of them breaks nothing else on the site.

If that changes, this page changes first and the date at the top of it moves.

What is set, and why

• _ga and _ga_<ID>: first-party cookies set by Google Analytics 4 to count visits, pages viewed and referrers. They expire after 24 months. Google processes this data under its own policy, and Nexvix uses it only in aggregate.
• Site assistant: the Voiceflow chat, opened from the button on every page, stores the conversation in your browser’s local storage so a reload does not lose it. It is set only when the assistant loads, and what you type is processed by Voiceflow.
• Booking widget: when the booking calendar loads (on the booking page and the home page), Cal.com, the scheduling provider, may set its own cookies on its own domain. Those are governed by Cal.com’s policy.
• Careers form: the application form on the careers page is provided by Notion, which may set its own cookies on its own domain under Notion’s policy.

How to control them

Your browser can block or delete cookies for this site without breaking anything on it. Blocking Google Analytics cookies stops your visit being counted; clearing local storage ends a saved assistant conversation.

Operating-system level reduced-motion settings are respected without any cookie, because the site reads the system preference directly.

Third-party embeds

Where a page embeds a third-party service, your browser’s request reaches that provider and is subject to their policy: Cal.com on the booking and home pages, Notion on the careers page, Voiceflow for the site assistant, and Google Fonts on every page. They are also named in the privacy notice.
