OFFER · PLUMBING COMPANIES

Fifteen missed emergency calls. Six of them booked.

The 6-Job Emergency Call System is 24/7 AI call handling for plumbing companies: it answers every emergency call, works out whether it really is one, and escalates it to whoever is on call. Burst pipes, sewer backups and failed water heaters become booked jobs instead of voicemails.

THE OFFER

The 6-Job Emergency Call System

We help plumbing companies turn fifteen missed emergency calls into six booked jobs every month.

Emergency plumbing is the most perishable work in home services. The homeowner rings down the list until someone with a plan picks up. Six is a conversion target against your own missed-call count, not a promise of new volume.

Residential plumbing firms that advertise emergency service
Target outcome
6 booked emergency jobs from every 15 recovered calls
Timeframe
Monthly, after an agreed baseline
Leak it fixes
Emergency calls missed during jobs and after hours

Booked and completed jobs tagged to a recovered call
WHERE THE REVENUE LEAKS

Where an emergency call goes to a competitor.

None of these is a demand problem. The enquiry already reached you; the business did not reach back in time.

Leak 01

Both hands in a crawlspace

The plumber who would answer the phone is the plumber doing the work. The call that arrives mid-job is the one most likely to be urgent, and the least likely to be answered.

Leak 02

The night line on an owner’s mobile

At 1 a.m. an owner’s mobile is either missed or answered half-awake, without the address, the shut-off status or a slot to offer.

Leak 03

Emergency and routine in one queue

A dripping tap and a sewer backup sound alike on voicemail. Without qualification, the one that pays the call-out is called back in the same order as the one that can wait a week.

THE AI SYSTEM

Answered, sorted, and on the on-call phone.

The system works out what kind of call it is. The person on call decides whether to go.

01ANSWER

Every call picked up

Day or night, in seconds. The agent says it is an automated assistant and asks whether water is still running and whether it can be shut off.

Handled by the system
02QUALIFY

Is it really an emergency?

Water running, sewage in the property, no hot water on a gas heater, address against your area. If you approve the wording, it tells the caller where the stopcock usually is while they wait.

Handled by the system
03ESCALATE

To whoever is on call

A genuine emergency is warm-transferred with the summary attached. Anything else is booked into the first sensible slot. A call-out fee is stated only if you authorise it.

DEMONSTRATION
WHAT HAS TO BE TRUE

Who this is for, and who it is not.

An offer with a number in it is only honest if it says when the number does not apply.

Built for

  • Emergency service you already advertise
  • A rota or owner who can take a night transfer
  • Call-out work worth the drive
The offer recovers calls that exist. The baseline counts them.

The target depends on

  • Missed emergency calls per month today
  • How many are genuine and in your area
  • Whether someone is free to go
Fewer genuine emergencies in your logs means a lower target, written down.

Not a fit if

  • Every call is already answered live, 24/7
  • You do not take emergency work
  • You will not share call data
We would rather say no on the call than sell an answer you already have.
THE ARITHMETIC

Where the six comes from.

Six is not a guess. It is a conversion target applied to your own missed calls.

15missed emergency calls recovered
×
40%target booking rate once reached
=
6booked emergency jobs a month

40% is simply six divided by fifteen: the rate we aim for once a caller actually reaches someone with a plan. If your baseline shows fewer genuine emergencies among the missed calls, the target moves down with it.

HOW IT IS COUNTED

One number, and the evidence behind it.

No client result is published for this offer yet. What we commit to is the counting: one primary number, the diagnostics behind it, a baseline before launch and evidence you can reconcile yourself.

01

Primary measure

Booked and completed emergency jobs that trace back to a call the system answered.

The number
02

Diagnostics

Calls answered, share qualified as emergencies, transfers accepted by the on-call plumber.

Weekly
03

Baseline

A month of call logs counted before go-live: missed, after-hours, voicemail, abandoned.

Before launch
04

Evidence

Call logs reconciled against booked and invoiced jobs. Not conversation counts.

QUESTIONS

What owners ask before they book.

Is the number on this page guaranteed?
No. Six booked jobs from fifteen missed calls is a target, written into the scope only once a baseline of your own numbers shows it is reachable. We commit in writing to the measurement, the milestones and the date; we do not guarantee a figure your data has not yet supported. If the baseline says the realistic number is lower, that is the number we write down.
Will callers know they are talking to an AI?
Yes. The assistant identifies itself at the start of every call and message, along with any recording notice. Passing it off as a person is the fastest way to lose a customer’s trust, and in several jurisdictions it is not lawful.
Can it tell a caller how to shut the water off?
Yes, in wording you approve. General guidance on finding the stopcock or isolating an appliance is often the most useful thing a caller hears in the first minute.
Do we have to give up our phone number?
No. The number on your van keeps working. The system sits behind it and only takes the calls nobody else answers.
Will it quote our call-out fee?
Only if you authorise it, and only the figure you set. Otherwise it says the plumber will confirm the charge before attending.
