CUSTOM AI

The interface your team actually operates from.

Nexvix builds the application around your roles, your queues and your approval stages: the place where work is picked up, decided and evidenced, rather than a dashboard nobody opens twice.

WORKFLOW AUDIT

The work lives in five tabs and one spreadsheet.

Your team moves between a CRM, an inbox, a diary, a folder of documents and a spreadsheet that holds the bit none of them do. The real process exists only in the head of whoever has done it longest.

Fragmentation

Five tabs to complete one task

Context is reassembled by hand every time a job is picked up.

Process

The spreadsheet is the real system

The step that matters most is the one no tool supports.

Evidence

No trail of who decided what

Approvals live in messages, so nothing can be evidenced later.

IMPLEMENTATION

Queue, decide, record.

Work arrives in a queue with everything needed to act on it, the person with the right role decides, and the decision is recorded against the item. The interface is built at the density the people using it need.

01Queue

Work arrives with its context

Everything needed to act on an item is on the item: history, documents, customer record and the reason it is here.

Handled by the system
02Decide

By the role that is allowed to

Approval stages and role based access are built from your actual responsibilities, not a generic permission matrix.

Decided by your team
03Record

The decision, against the item

Who decided, when, and on what basis. Written to the audit trail so it can be evidenced months later.

SYSTEM OWNERSHIP

What Nexvix builds, named.

Scope is written before code. Each item below appears in the scope document with the systems it touches and the person who approves it.

The entities, states and transitions your process actually has, documented before anything is built.

Ownership

Code, infrastructure and admin access

The application runs in infrastructure you own, with documentation and the operating guide at handover.

IMPLEMENTATION

Six weeks. You approve at every stage.

Clarity before code. Nexvix does not start building until the workflow, the measurable outcome and the approval points are written down and agreed.

01

Workflow audit

Nexvix maps the current process, the systems it touches and where time or leads are lost. Output is a written map, not a proposal deck.

Week 1
02

Scope and measurable outcome

One bottleneck, one target, one definition of done. If a system is not worth building, Nexvix says so at this stage.

Week 1
03

System design and approval points

The rules, the exception paths and the approval stages where a person stays in control are documented and signed off.

Week 2
04

Build and integration

The automation, the operator interface and the connections into the tools you already run on are built against the agreed scope.

Weeks 3 to 5
05

Verification against the target

The system runs against real traffic with your team reviewing output before it is trusted unattended.

Week 6
06

Handover and ownership

Documentation, admin access and the operating guide, so your team can run and change the system without Nexvix.

Week 6
WORKFLOW AUDIT

Questions buyers ask before the first call.

Is this a dashboard or an application?
An application. Dashboards report on work; this is where the work is picked up, decided and recorded. Reporting is part of it, not the point of it.
Will it replace our CRM?
Usually not. It integrates with the CRM and covers the process the CRM does not, typically the part currently held in a spreadsheet.
Can our team sign in with existing accounts?
Yes. Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra ID sign-in is part of the build, so nobody manages another password.
How do approval stages work?
They are built from your actual responsibilities: who can see an item, who can decide it, and which steps need a second approval. Every decision is written to the audit trail.
How long does implementation take?
A scoped single-workflow application typically reaches production in six weeks. Broader platforms are staged, with the first workflow live before the second is started.
Who owns the code?
You do. It is deployed into infrastructure you own, and handover includes the repository, documentation, admin access and the operating guide.
DIFFERENT PAGE

Building a product to sell, rather than a tool for your own team?

This page covers the interface your staff operate from. A multi-tenant SaaS product (subscriptions, tenant isolation, a public API) is a different engagement, and there is a page for it. If you would rather hire the engineers than commission the build, that is the offshore development center.

SISTER BRAND

You have the application. Somebody has to arrive at it.

A custom application removes the friction for the people who reach it. Filling it is a separate discipline, and one our sister brand handles. Which of the two you need is a five-minute read, and the free audit answers it either way.

WORKFLOW AUDIT

Bring the workflow that is costing you the most time.

One call, thirty minutes. Nexvix maps the process, names the measurable outcome and tells you whether a system is worth building. If it is not, you will hear that instead of a proposal.
