AUTOMOTIVE RETAIL

The enquiry arrives at 9pm. The answer should not wait for 9am.

Stock questions, part-exchange valuations and test-drive requests arrive when your buyers are at home. Nexvix builds the agent that answers them against live stock and books into the real diary.

THE BOTTLENECK

Where the work waits in car dealerships.

Nexvix starts at the named point of loss, not at a technology. These are the three that come up in every audit in this sector.

Timing

Most enquiries land after closing

Evening and weekend traffic is where the buying intent is, and where nobody is on the desk.

Repetition

The same six questions

Price, mileage, finance, availability, part-exchange, delivery: asked on every unit, every week.

6Questions per enquiry
Leakage

A day-late reply is a lost sale

The buyer has messaged three dealers. The first useful answer wins the appointment.

IMPLEMENTATION

Three controlled stages, one of them human.

The system handles the repeatable part. The consequential decision stays with a named person, and every stage writes an entry you can audit later.

01Answer

Specification, price and availability answered from your current inventory feed, not a cached page.

03Book

Into the real diary

WORKFLOW AUDIT

Questions this sector asks first.

Will it quote a part-exchange figure?
No. It captures the vehicle details, condition and mileage and routes them to a named person. A machine-quoted valuation is a liability, not a feature.
Can it answer about a car that has just sold?
It reads your live stock feed, so the answer reflects current inventory. If the feed is unavailable it says it will check rather than guessing.
Does it handle finance questions?
It explains the options you have approved in writing and collects budget and deposit details. Anything rate-specific escalates.
What about multiple sites?
Stock, diaries and escalation owners are configured per site, so an enquiry is answered for the branch that holds the unit.
How long before it is live?
Typically six weeks from scope sign-off: one week audit, one week design, three weeks build and integration, one week verification and handover.
WORKFLOW AUDIT

Bring the workflow that is costing you the most time.

One call, thirty minutes. Nexvix maps the process, names the measurable outcome and tells you whether a system is worth building. If it is not, you will hear that instead of a proposal.
