HEALTHCARE

Reception should not be the bottleneck in a clinic.

Appointment changes, intake details and repeat questions queue behind whoever is on the front desk. Nexvix builds the intake and rescheduling workflow, with every clinical judgement escalated to staff.

THE BOTTLENECK

Where the work waits in healthcare clinics.

Nexvix starts at the named point of loss, not at a technology. These are the three that come up in every audit in this sector.

Book the workflow audit
Queue

One desk, three channels

Phone, email and walk-ins compete for the same person, and the phone always wins.

3Channels, one desk
No-shows

Reminders sent by hand

Confirmations and reminders are the first thing dropped on a busy day, and no-shows follow.

Intake

Details collected twice

Forms completed on paper are typed into the record later, with the transcription errors that implies.

2×Entries per patient
IMPLEMENTATION

Three controlled stages, one of them human.

The system handles the repeatable part. The consequential decision stays with a named person, and every stage writes an entry you can audit later.

01Intake

Details once, structured

Contact, cover, reason for visit and consent captured in a conversation and written straight to the record.

Handled by the system
02Schedule

Book, move, remind

Appointments booked and rescheduled against real clinician availability, with confirmations and reminders sent automatically.

Handled by the system
03Escalate

Anything clinical

Symptoms, triage, medication and urgency go to a named clinician immediately, with the transcript attached. The system never advises.

SYSTEM OWNERSHIP

What Nexvix builds for healthcare clinics.

Scope is written before code. Each item appears in the scope document with the systems it touches and the person who approves it.

Intake

Structured patient intake

The fields your record system needs, collected conversationally and validated.

Scheduling

Booking and reminders

Live availability, reschedule links and reminder cadence you control.

Governance

Data handling in writing

What is collected, where it is processed, how long it is kept, and which providers see what.

Escalation

Clinical routing rules

Named owners, urgency tiers and an audit record for every escalation.

WRITTEN DOWN

The parts that are not negotiable.

No client metric is published for this sector yet. What can be stated is what the system will and will not do, agreed in writing before build.

Clinical advice
Never given by the system
Escalation

Data
Minimised before it leaves your systems
Retention
Stated in one sentence per system
Time to production
Typically six weeks from scope
Ownership
Code, accounts and documentation yours
WORKFLOW AUDIT

Questions this sector asks first.

Does the system give medical advice?
No, and it cannot be configured to. Symptoms, triage and medication questions escalate to a named clinician with the transcript attached.
Where is patient data processed?
The providers, their regions and their retention policies are named in writing at the design stage. If your policy prohibits data leaving a jurisdiction, that changes which providers are eligible.
Can it reduce no-shows?
Automatic confirmations and reminders with a one-tap reschedule are the mechanism. The measurable target is agreed before the build.
Will it write to our patient record?
Only the fields agreed in scope, and only where your practice system supports it. Otherwise it produces a structured record for a person to accept.
What about consent?
Consent is captured per channel and recorded against the patient, and the wording is yours.
WORKFLOW AUDIT

Bring the workflow that is costing you the most time.

One call, thirty minutes. Nexvix maps the process, names the measurable outcome and tells you whether a system is worth building. If it is not, you will hear that instead of a proposal.
