CUSTOM AI

Read the document once, and let the record fill itself.

Nexvix builds vision systems on the images your operation already captures (documents, plates, stock, condition) and writes the result back to the record with a confidence score and a review path.

WORKFLOW AUDIT

Somebody is retyping what the photo already says.

Licences, invoices, registration documents and condition photos arrive as images, and a person reads each one and types the contents into a form. It is slow, it is dull, and the transcription errors surface weeks later.

Transcription

Read by eye, typed by hand

Every document is processed at human speed and human accuracy.

Errors

Mistakes found weeks later

A mistyped number surfaces at invoicing or compliance, not at capture.

Without a scored standard, two people record the same item two ways.

IMPLEMENTATION

Capture, read, verify.

The image is read, the fields are extracted with a confidence score, and anything below your threshold goes to a person to confirm rather than being written silently.

01Capture

From the device already in use

Phone, tablet, scanner or fixed camera. No new hardware unless the workflow audit says the current capture is not usable.

Handled by the system
02Read

Fields extracted, with a confidence score

The named fields are read from the image and scored, so the system knows what it is sure of and what it is not.

Handled by the system
03Verify

Low confidence goes to a person

Anything under your threshold is queued for confirmation. Nothing uncertain is written to the record unattended.

SYSTEM OWNERSHIP

What Nexvix builds, named.

Scope is written before code. Each item below appears in the scope document with the systems it touches and the person who approves it.

Vision

The named fields and objects

Exactly what the system reads, listed in the scope document, with the accuracy target it must meet before go-live.

Thresholds

Confidence thresholds and review queue

The score below which a result must be confirmed by a person, and the interface they confirm it in.

Write-back

Results against the record

The extracted values written to your system of record, with the source image retained for audit.

Ownership

Accuracy reporting and admin access

Ongoing accuracy against the target, plus the accounts and documentation to retrain or adjust thresholds yourself.

IMPLEMENTATION

Six weeks. You approve at every stage.

Clarity before code. Nexvix does not start building until the workflow, the measurable outcome and the approval points are written down and agreed.

01

Workflow audit

Nexvix maps the current process, the systems it touches and where time or leads are lost. Output is a written map, not a proposal deck.

Week 1
02

Scope and measurable outcome

One bottleneck, one target, one definition of done. If a system is not worth building, Nexvix says so at this stage.

Week 1
03

System design and approval points

The rules, the exception paths and the approval stages where a person stays in control are documented and signed off.

Week 2
04

Build and integration

The automation, the operator interface and the connections into the tools you already run on are built against the agreed scope.

Weeks 3 to 5
05

Verification against the target

The system runs against real traffic with your team reviewing output before it is trusted unattended.

Week 6
06

Handover and ownership

Documentation, admin access and the operating guide, so your team can run and change the system without Nexvix.

Week 6
WORKFLOW AUDIT

Questions buyers ask before the first call.

What accuracy can we expect?
An accuracy target is set during scoping against a sample of your real images, and the system is verified against that target before it runs unattended. Nexvix does not quote a figure before seeing the images.
What happens when it is not sure?
The result is queued for a person to confirm rather than written to the record. The confidence threshold is yours to set and to change afterwards.
Do we need new cameras?
Usually not. The workflow audit assesses whether your current capture is good enough, and says so plainly if it is not.
Can it read our specific document type?
That is what the scoping sample establishes. The named fields and document types go into the scope document, so there is no ambiguity about what the system reads.
Are the source images kept?
Yes, for audit, with retention agreed in the scope document. The extracted values and the image that produced them stay linked.
Who owns the model and the data?
You do. The system runs in infrastructure and model accounts you own, and handover includes documentation and admin access.
WORKFLOW AUDIT

Bring the workflow that is costing you the most time.

One call, thirty minutes. Nexvix maps the process, names the measurable outcome and tells you whether a system is worth building. If it is not, you will hear that instead of a proposal.
