OFFER · PET GROOMING

Twenty-five empty grooming slots a month, refilled.

The 25-Slot Calendar Recovery System is an AI receptionist for grooming salons: it answers calls while your hands are on a dog, reminds overdue clients, rebooks after every visit and fills cancellations from a waitlist. Not one of those twenty-five needs to be a new customer.

THE OFFER

The 25-Slot Calendar Recovery System

We help grooming salons recover twenty-five appointments a month from the clients they already have.

Three leaks, one calendar. A groomer cannot answer the phone mid-trim, a client weeks overdue rarely books without a nudge, and a cancellation at nine in the morning is usually a slot lost for good.

WHERE THE REVENUE LEAKS

Where a grooming slot goes empty.

None of these is a demand problem. The enquiry already reached you; the business did not reach back in time.

Leak 01

Hands on a dog

The phone rings mid-scissor. Nobody is going to put a nervous doodle down to answer it, and the owner who wanted Saturday books somewhere that picked up.

Leak 02

The client who meant to book

Coats grow on a cycle. Owners mean to book the next groom and forget, and the gap between visits quietly doubles.

Leak 03

The cancellation at nine in the morning

A sick child, a late car, a slot that is suddenly open. Without a waitlist someone has to ring round, and nobody has the time.

THE AI SYSTEM

Answered, reminded, refilled.

The system keeps the calendar full. A groomer still decides which dogs they take on.

01ANSWER

The phone, handled

Calls and messages answered while everyone is grooming: booking, rescheduling, prices from your menu, opening times. It says it is an automated assistant.

Handled by the system
02REMIND

Due by the dog’s own cycle

Each pet gets the rebook interval you set for its coat. The reminder goes out before the gap opens, with two real slots to choose from.

03FILL

Cancellation to waitlist

A freed slot is offered to waitlisted clients in order; the first to confirm gets it. New dogs (breed, size, temperament, vaccinations) are confirmed by a groomer first.

DEMONSTRATION
WHAT HAS TO BE TRUE

Who this is for, and who it is not.

An offer with a number in it is only honest if it says when the number does not apply.

Built for

  • A calendar in booking software, not on paper
  • Regular clients on a coat cycle
  • More demand than the phone can handle
The offer recovers bookings from clients you already have.

The target depends on

  • Missed calls a month
  • Clients past their usual interval
  • Cancellations and no-shows a month
The split between the three is set from your baseline, not assumed.

Not a fit if

  • The calendar is full weeks out with no gaps
  • You groom by walk-in only
  • Your booking software has no way in
A full book needs another groomer, not a receptionist.
THE ARITHMETIC

Where the twenty-five comes from.

Three sources added together, each counted in your baseline.

missed callsbooked instead of lost
+
lapsed + cancelledclients rebooked, slots refilled
=
25recovered appointments a month

The split is yours, not ours. Some salons lose most of it on the phone, others to lapsed clients or cancellations. The baseline counts all three, and the target is the sum your calendar can actually take.

HOW IT IS COUNTED

One number, and the evidence behind it.

No client result is published for this offer yet. What we commit to is the counting: one primary number, the diagnostics behind it, a baseline before launch and evidence you can reconcile yourself.

QUESTIONS

What owners ask before they book.

Is the number on this page guaranteed?
No. Twenty-five recovered appointments a month is a target, written into the scope only once a baseline of your own numbers shows it is reachable. We commit in writing to the measurement, the milestones and the date; we do not guarantee a figure your data has not yet supported. If the baseline says the realistic number is lower, that is the number we write down.
Will callers know they are talking to an AI?
Yes. The assistant identifies itself at the start of every call and message, along with any recording notice. Passing it off as a person is the fastest way to lose a customer’s trust, and in several jurisdictions it is not lawful.
Will it book a dog we have never met?
It collects breed, size, coat, vaccinations and temperament notes, then holds the slot for a groomer to confirm. A first visit is never auto-approved.
Does it work with our booking software?
Most grooming booking platforms can be connected; the audit checks yours before anything is promised. If yours cannot, we say so first.
Can it take a deposit for new clients?
Yes, by sending your payment link, if you already take deposits. It never invents a deposit policy you do not have.
