From approved knowledge only
Responses come from the material you supplied and signed off. The agent says it does not know rather than inventing an answer.
Handled by the system
Nexvix builds agents against your written qualification criteria and your tone of voice. The agent answers what it has been given, collects what is missing, and hands anything consequential to a named person with the context attached.
Custom agentsYour qualification rulesNamed escalationApproved knowledge onlyAn off-the-shelf bot is trained on the internet and guesses at your prices, your lead times and your eligibility rules. It cannot tell a qualified enquiry from an unqualified one, so a person still reads every conversation afterwards.
A model guessing at your terms is a liability, not a capability.
0Sources you can point toWithout qualification rules, a person reviews the transcript to find out whether it mattered.

Handled by the systemService fit, budget band, location and timing are collected and scored against the rules in the scope document.

Decided by your teamScope is written before code. Each item below appears in the scope document with the systems it touches and the person who approves it.
Your material, structured and signed off, with a written rule for what the agent must never answer on its own.
The questions the agent asks, the thresholds it applies and what counts as qualified for your business.
How the agent speaks, what it never claims, and how it declines. Reviewed against real transcripts before go-live.
Named owners per escalation type, plus the accounts and documentation to change the agent yourself.
It answers what it knows.
The agent handles the repeatable questions and passes anything unusual straight to us, with the conversation attached. Client reference available on request; attribution held until permission is confirmed.

Clarity before code. Nexvix does not start building until the workflow, the measurable outcome and the approval points are written down and agreed.
Nexvix maps the current process, the systems it touches and where time or leads are lost. Output is a written map, not a proposal deck.
Week 1One bottleneck, one target, one definition of done. If a system is not worth building, Nexvix says so at this stage.
Week 1The rules, the exception paths and the approval stages where a person stays in control are documented and signed off.
Week 2The automation, the operator interface and the connections into the tools you already run on are built against the agreed scope.
Weeks 3 to 5The system runs against real traffic with your team reviewing output before it is trusted unattended.
Week 6Documentation, admin access and the operating guide, so your team can run and change the system without Nexvix.
Week 6A single agent holding six responsibilities is harder to trust, harder to test and harder to change than several narrow ones with a coordinator between them.
A multi-agentic system is several specialised agents working under a coordinator, each with its own narrow remit, tools and guardrails. One reads and classifies the enquiry, another looks up the record, another drafts the reply, another checks it against policy before anything is sent.
The reason to build it this way is not sophistication. It is testability. Each agent has its own evaluation set, so when quality drops you can tell which step regressed instead of re-prompting one large agent and hoping. Each also has its own permissions, so the one that drafts text cannot reach the one that issues refunds.
Narrow agents fail visibly. One large agent fails quietly.
Not every workflow needs it. If the work is one decision with one data source, a single agent is cheaper to build and cheaper to run, and we will say so at scope.
One call, thirty minutes. Nexvix maps the process, names the measurable outcome and tells you whether a system is worth building. If it is not, you will hear that instead of a proposal.
